I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Hoofddorp) in Aug 2024
Interview
The overall experience was smooth and well-organized, though it did involve multiple steps throughout the process. While there were several stages to navigate, I found the entire experience to be manageable and reasonably straightforward. The process included a video interview session where I could demonstrate my communication skills and personality, followed by a comprehensive final interview that allowed for more in-depth discussions about the role and my qualifications.

There was an online assessment with ~3 questions with ample time to answer. However, there was no feedback from the HR team of my response, which made me wonder if the slots were already filled.
