The process was less formal than other banking interviews. There were 3 rounds which included a phone interview, in person interview with a team member and HR and finally met with the head of the team in the final round.

Streamlined interview, there were a lot of hoops, quizzes and problem solving questions on the lead up to the interview. Typical approach, ask about what you can bring to the team, business development and analytical questions, fluid in office and excel etc.
