Scotiabank Business Analyst Intern interview questions

The interview consisted of a 30-minute one-session with business interviewers. The interview was a mix of behavioral and situational questions. It was conducted on Microsoft Teams, and the interviewers were actually very nice and supportive.

The interview process included an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role, followed by a behavioural and technical interview with a Business Analyst. The conversation covered problem-solving approaches, data interpretation, and examples of teamwork, along with a few scenario-based questions about requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
