An interview with HR first. The interview was not technical. Focus on the sector for the specific role would be really helpful. Be well prepared and make sure that you can talk about the sector in a clear and concise way.

There was a 30 minute phone interview followed by an in person interview with the local manager and a manager from Nova Scotia. The phone interview included the typical behavioral questions and was really comfortable. The in person interview was also really comfortable, but longer and went more in depth to behavioral questions.
