PHONE interview first and then they arrange the face to face interview. at the phone interview, they just ask some basic questions . I answered specially and they are easy .

No phone interview/screen. Meet the branch manager directly. Standarded from tell me about yourself, and lasted 30mins. All is behavior questions. Positive and good learning experience. Agreed to pass CV to next step, but did not hear back.
