I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2020
Interview
2 managers interviewed during a ~40 minute meeting. Asking personality, experience, and situational questions. The interview was set up by a central HR coordinator. The HR coordinator had 1 brief phone interview, likely filtering/adjudicating whether I was an appropriate candidate.
