The whole process was short. Got called in through internal reference. Did not get position, but provided good feedback. Was interviewed by branch manager and customer service manager, interview last about 30 mins with standard behavioural questions.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
