It was a lengthy process, which I understand because they really want to get the best customer service representatives. Overall it was a 5 interview process, telephone and Live Video interview, I never had any interview in person which was different for me as I'm an mature person in the workforce so this was all new to me.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Interview
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
