There are 2 interviews, one is video question, no real person talks to you. You will see questions shown on the screen, then just record your answer; the other one is interview with HR.

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
