Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition with a mix of specialist agency and corporate recruiting
Demonstrated achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resources and technical recruitment
Strong business relationship skills (communication and interpersonal)
Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Expertise in sourcing, recruitment techniques and best practices
Ability to grasp technical concepts and requirements
Experience working on high volume of roles and managing multiple priorities
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
