Applied online > HR quick phone screening > 1st interview with two mgrs, more focused on technical and experiences on your resume > 2nd another mgr & sr mgr, more casual and basic screening questions > 3rd another sr mgr & Director, more serious, behavioral and motivational questions mixed > one week later HR notified about the job offer
