Interview
Interviewer was highly excited and interested in knowing my prior profile. He could related with my learnings and experience and quite satisfied with my performance. I was continuously appreciating my work.
The branch manager contacted me on LinkedIn without applying to any REq ID, and then I got a panel interview with AM and CEL. The panel interview was around 35 min long, and in 4 days, I got a verbal offer from them, and now I am waiting for the written offer letter.
Two-step interview process, The first rounds usually are generic. HR screening ground. Whether you are perfect fit for the role or not. And second will be with the branch manager if you are applying for the retail branch.

Stimulating conversations. Loved the interaction. The interviewers were well informed and asked me interesting questions; they genuinely seemed to be interested in my answers. They answered all my questions as well. Described the organization culture to me.
