      Software Support Specialist Interview

      Oct 15, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Tijuana, Baja California
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Tijuana, Baja California)

      Interview

It was was technical for the most part, but soft skills go a long way, so be prepared to answer human skills type of questions. Not so cool for your common introvert. If you are an introvert or shy type of person, work on it, like force yourself and ask someone to dance, or make the toast speech for your best friend on her/his wedding. bla bla yeah

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Ok, so if IIRC, there were 3 interviews. They tested your technical and soft skills. Just be honest, you really don't want to fake it. If you don't know something just say it. At the end they will provide you with the required training so you can complete the job.
