Two people from the branch interviewed me virtually, asked to do roleplay scenarios if a customer came in. It was different than other interviews because of that, but they still had standard questions.

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
