Terrible - Had to create a plum profile (personality test) for the application and do a one sided video interview. Got the next round, was a "group coffee chat"where I was in a call with the other candidates and had to listen to there answers before speaking. A joke.
They first ask you to do a HireView and then call you for an interview which is a mix of behavioral and technical questions. They also ask you about yourself and the company.
