Phone screen interview that asked about your skills and experience related to the application development, experience working with back-office, the reason why you think you fit with this role. (this HR is not very familiar with the industry and field that I'm working with)

Hired by a colleague that I worked with from another bank. Questions were related to work that I did for the same previous business unit that we worked together. Explained my previous experience with the bank that I was interviewing for. Explained my familiarity with products and systems used by the business and how I could be of help.
