Interview
Coordination and communication was bad during the process, and deadlines were never respected, I had to follow-up every single time after the deadline has passed. I understand we are all busy but at least a message saying the process will be a bit longer than expected instead of leaving candidates wondering what the situation is would be appreciated. Had 3 interviews, they went well and had very positive feedback from all, and was scheduled for the panel interview, I prepared (ppt + demo) but it was cancelled last minute and was told that they will get back to me the following week to reschedule, what a surprise as I again did not hear anything back so I followed-up to then hear the position has been filled internally but the position has been re-opened the next day. Scheduling a candidate for panel interview, having him prepare a PowerPoint and platform demo to then not even let him present and waste his time is not acceptable. Coming from ServiceNow knowing their reputation is shocking.

Stay away. Despite the big name this was one the worst experiences I have ever had. The recruiter here is very incompetent. He cares about his youtube channel podcast and linkedin branding rather than communicating to the candidates. Kept telling me he will get back to me at certain dates and never did. Alot of miscommunication from his side.

Interview
I met with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and the sales rep I would support. Then I did the panel presentation, and then met with another SC and then the director of the SC team.
