Interview
This is my second time applying to ServiceNow. The first time the recruiter called me multiple times while I was at work without having sent me an email to try to schedule an appropriate time for us to speak. Obviously, I would not want to speak in front of my then manager. Hence, I decided not to move forward. The second time I applied for a role that I saw which would have been very relevant to me in terms of the languages required to fulfill the role. ServiceNow took too many weeks to get back to me so I already accepted another offer somewhere else. I, therefore, sent a very nice email letting them know that I would not be available for a call but thanked them for the opportunity and suggested we keep in contact. In return, I received a generic rejection email from Jobvite. The recruiter could have taken the time to respond to me and we could have stayed connected for future opportunities. I suggest that ServiceNow give their London recruiters more training in mannerisms.

very good process, and everyone was very quick to reply and not leave me in the dark. Top Tier company. Highly recommend them if you can get in the door.

Interview
The interview process was four stages. Recruiter screening, Hiring Manager interview, Senior Sales Manager interview, and then Panel Interview.
I thought the whole process was run really well and efficiently. From recruiter screening to receiving the offer was just under three weeks.
There was slightly less support from the recruiter than I've experienced with other interview processes, however, that felt intentional (they were looking for how candidates interpret briefs and requirements) and they were incredibly transparent whenever I asked any questions.
The panel interview was a great experience. I presented to two Senior Sales Managers and the Sales Director. They were engaged completely from start to finish, and were completely open to answering any of my questions - it ended up feeling like a great two-way conversation and they were providing feedback as we went along, which was hugely appreciated and isn't always the case in panel interviews.
If it wasn't for receiving an offer from a dream organisation of mine to work at, I would have accepted the offer (and nearly did), as it would be a great company to work at.

Walk me through an opportunity that you closed, from prospecting through to close.

Interview
Very poor information from recruiter. The recruiter was unavailable most of the time when I was trying reach him. I didn’t receive comprehensive information about the preparation like I received in other big tech companies. I highly recommend you to be very careful with informations that you are receiving during recruitment process. Don't feel shy to ask the same question 10 times. And better do this with different people. In the other way you can feel like an idiot by being misinformed. That was really poor recruitment experience.
