Question 1
All rounds focused on in depth cyber security knowledge, experience and how one would collaborate with peers and cross team. The interviewers focused a lot on cultural fit as well as technical skills.
Final round with the hiring BU head was purely on conflict management at work, cultural fit etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Bengaluru) in Apr 2021
Interview
6 rounds of interview - preliminary round, senior leader assessments, Product management interviews, Engineering/PD round over a period of 2 months.
The interview level was fine in all of the interviews but there was no role clarity. I was being asked to be interviewed by different BU's as there could be another opening. After 6 rounds, there was no communication even being told that there will be a VP level and HR interviews will happen to close out. I followed up multiple times and there was no response from HR. Finally, got to know from a known person in the hiring team that the interview was fine but no one knew which role is it for and it got scrapped. First, role should have been finalised before hiring and HR should have informed about the decision.
