Phone Screen followed by 4 rounds (virtual) onsite. Everything went well. A couple of days after recruiter called to extend an offer. Asked about expectations and explained benefits provided by the company in detail. Said they would get back with a formal offer and then got completely ghosted. No response to email or text.

Applied for job online, got a response in a day and had two interviews which were non technical but did not make it to next round of interviews, so was a little confusing.

There were four rounds and all were technical. 1. Data structures and algorithms. 2. Javascript knowledge 3. System design 4. Hiring manager (techno-managerial) Interviewers were all patience and helping. They were involved during whole interview and created a interactive discussion.
