The process is quick and straightforward - nothing out of expectation. The first round is a behavioral round and the interviewer is super nice. If you pass, you will have an interview with the hiring manager.
Total of 3 interviews, not too challenging. I accepted the job but the inside sales culture was toxic. Nothing to do with sales, management loves to play favorites and it felt like high school.
Not a great experience. Recruiter ghosted and was super frustrating. Luckily I really liked the team. Worth it in the end though and company is pretty decent. I’m happy in my role.
