The recruiter was super helpful, kind, responsive and made time to prep me for interviews and chat through questions. The people I interviewed with were very talented, intelligent, and asked really thoughtful questions. The final round was around 5 hours of interviews.

Interview
Met first with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a team of peers and stakeholders. The recruiter provided informative meeting requests and links to join the Zoom calls. Most of the interviewers came prepared to the interview with good questions.
Interview process had 4 rounds. Disappointed with the recruitment/talent acquisition team as despite follow-ups , there was no reply and was ghosted. I think that a rejection email to update on the interview status would have been respectful of the other party's time and effort put in to prepare for the rounds of interviews with the company.
