The interview process was very thorough. At least 10 interviews, in person, panel review, many Zoom calls, and crafting your personal development plan. Not a lot of "tell me about a time" questions. Interesting conversations about personal growth, leadership, and how you have helped customers. Servicenow is looking for humble and experienced leaders. Leave your ego at home if you want to be a part of the team. This team wins together.
