Interview
I gave my resume to a recruiter at a university event. About two weeks later I had an interview at my University. The interviewer was a nice guy. He asked some basic coding questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. About a month later I got an email asking me to come in for an interview. It was a panel interview with 4 people, which for an intern who doesn't have a lot of experience can be very daunting. They started by giving me a coding test and had me solve it on the whiteboard. The question was nothing too difficult, just a basic algorithm question about finding the closest locations in a list. Afterwards they asked me about my school and projects in depth and basically made sure everything I put on my resume was accurate. At the end I asked them about their experience working at ServiceNow and what they did and then had lunch with a few of them. The entire interview was only 45 minutes. I got an offer letter about a week later.
