I really enjoyed this interview process. It was a bit slow due to some logistics, but otherwise I felt comfortable at all times, and I truly felt like I was also interviewing ServiceNow as a potential employer, not just the other way around.
I found a job posting online and applied. I was contacted almost immediately by the hiring manager with interest. We had a phone interview within a week, a Skype interview a couple weeks later, and then an in-person interview that included giving a product demo to a room of people.
The hiring manager thankfully didn't ask any of those typical interview questions that everyone hates (what's your greatest weakness?) - the interviews all felt more conversational and fluid, like he was getting to know me and I was getting to know the position and company.
The most "challenging" part was, naturally, the product demo, but I was pretty well prepared and felt fairly at ease.
