Shell Graduate Student interview questions

The Shell graduate interview process involves several distinct steps: First, candidates submit an online application and CV. Next, shortlisted applicants complete online assessments (such as scenario-based and personality tests) and an on-demand video interview, usually via HireVue. For the video interview, candidates respond to pre-recorded questions, with limited prep time. If successful, candidates are invited to a final live online assessment with two Shell professionals, involving a case study presentation followed by structured interview questions. After the final interview, Shell provides outcome feedback quickly, often within one day, and successful applicants are invited to connect with Shell staff and attend networking events.

Real life simulations with case studies and live meetings. It was a full day of interviews with other candidates in the same setting. We were assessed on team work and collaborative capabilities as well.
