First, 30 min job preperations activity. Understanding your personality by having to choose which statement you agree with. Then you have a set of 3 interview questions which you have to answer within 3 minutes each. You have time to prepare each question, and have the possibility to re record.

Tell us about a time when you had a different opinion to someone in a discussion?
Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.

Interview
The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
