Started with online assessment (personality aptitude test) then numerical test. You need to finish it within the time limit. I think there are 12 numerical questions in 16 minutes. Then, I was offered an on campus interview back in the US but sadly Shell Us does not hire international students so I then accepted to SRD Malaysia.

i submitted my application documents online. after. several days i was asked to be interviewed. so i booked a time and was interviewed by cellphone. the interview lasted one hour. but time passed pretty fast. i stayed in my own room which was quite especially for the interview because i really want to join Shell.
