Shell interview questions

Nothing hard, if u have low salary expectations u are a good candidate!!! Hr recruiter did not even go over my cv , she was asking whether i did erasmus or not( master degree is written there for gods sake!!) which can tell u the level of professionalism of Shell Business Service Center in Krakow

Interview starts over the phone with a low-level staff asking standard questions. On-line job application asks relatively detailed job experience questions. Response took 4-6 weeks. Next response takes 3 weeks. Final interview is with a panel group at head office. At least 3 people on panel: HR, hiring manager and former job holder. Questions asked were situational and/or experienced-based. It took about 1.5 hours. Hiring advise was another 2 weeks. Overall period, from application to hiring, took 10-12 weeks.
