Interview
I first received an email from a Shell recruiter and we spoke over the phone after to establish my interest and expectations as well as my experience. A further phone conversation was arranged between me and the outgoing personnel and subsequently a formal interview with this personnel and the hiring manager. This was the technical part of the interview process to establish your expertise for the job.
Upon passing this stage the next interview was with another 2 panel interviewers on behavorial aspects where a case study was also involved. The official interview process ended here, however, as I have not met the hiring manager face to face (the technical interview was conducted via conference call due to logistics), a meeting was arranged where I was also requested to do a marketing case study. This was more of a 'getting to know you' session.
The whole process was handled professionally and in a friendly manner.

I was at time caught with questions regarding scenarios and situations which I have been in during my previous employment - to me, it was a quick dig into my memory bank to find the best case example which may or may not have been the best example to give.
