Shopee Associate Product Manager interview questions

HR (30min) --> Team Lead (1hr)--> PM Lead (1hr) There is no technical test involved. The HR is very professional, she always responded quickly and had a very good knowledge of the position. She has also shared a lot of useful articles and links with me to help me better prepare for the interview.

There are 3-4 rounds. The usual process starts with a writing test. However, as I was transferred from the Management Associate selection pipeline, I skipped this test. Subsequent tests include a phone interview, group product managament case, fit interview with a senior product manager, product management case with potential colleague. Overall, the entire process was lengthy but fun. The people whom I met were friendly, candid and curious. Also, expect fast replies on interview outcomes, which usually happen on Mon/Tues the following week.
