I was contacted by the HR representative 3 days after submitting my application. We later on have an 1-on-1 interview via phone call as I was abroad by that time. The questions were pretty standard, exploring what I have done as well my vision for the job role. Overall, it was a good experience. If there's anything could be done better perhaps the interviewer could have more enthusiasm while doing the interview so we could feel that its a two-way interaction instead of me dominating the interview.
