Shopee Business Development Executive interview questions

The interview took me 3 weeks, 3 stages. Overall is good. 1st week: I got email from the hr recruiter, scheduling for phone interview. Please do your best describing about yourself, be confident and show your keen interest to the company! It tooks 30 minutes. The recruiter asked about yourself, current job/experience. 2nd week: I got feedback that I was shortlisted for an interview. It’s a videocall by online platform since now pandemic. 1:2, by the team/senior lead. Prepare some cases/behavioral questions. 3rd week: I got another interview with hiring manager. Basically the manager asked what you understand about the roles and want to know you better. Two days after, I got call saying I passed and they want to hire me!

2 stage process which consists of the phone interview and face to face interview. Applied online and then a recruiter will email you personally to select a suitable timing for the phone interview. If all goes well in the phone interview you are shortlisted for the final process which is the face to face interview. The face to face interview took about 1 hour with the department manager. Basic qualification questions were asked and a case study was given on the spot
