Online Assessment followed by Zoom interview. Online Assessment Didn't really liked the laggy interface of the online assessment platform. Understand the thought process of recording the interviewee to prevent cheating, but performing when being filmed is unnerving while I'm trying to think of a solution to a coding question nevertheless. Also it flags you as cheating when you just need to look up a standard library function that you are not familiar with. Zoom interview Was pretty standard for the most part, didn't prepare well in terms of sorting algorithms as I was used to simply using library functions. Sometimes the interviewer appears to not know the material he is supposed to be testing the candidate on. For example, the interviewer seems to not understand the tightly bounded big O of heap construction(O(n), in case you're wondering, instead of O(nlogn), and kept expressing doubt as to why its not the former). Asked for feedback from HR about the interview after being rejected. Got ignored.
