The interview consists of 5 rounds, online assessment, HR interview and group discussion, case interview, group interview with managers and interview with the CEO.
The online assessment consists of 3 parts, data sufficiency (GMAT-like but I think it was a little bit easier), general math test and aptitude test (or logical test). Overall, it was not that hard but kind of speed tests (esp. the math part). Once you passed, they sent an email and the invitation to the networking session at the office. (~300+ candidates made trough this round)
Second round, it started with a group discussion (10ppl/group), they gave a case sheet for each of you and you have 5 mins to read the sheet, 20 mins to discuss with the group members and another 5 mins to present your idea to HR. After that, 20 mins one-on-one interview with HR asking you about, for example, your motivation, why this program and CV-based questions.
Next, you will get a form to select the case interview date (within 2 weeks period).
Who passed the 2nd round would get the invitation to join the case interview prep session with the GLPs. In my opinion, this was a little bit unfair because the session was run on the first night of the case interview, so those who choose to interview first would have less time for preparation (they invited us to join the session after the date selection).
Anyway, you have to do 2 case interviews with two managers, each interview last 45 mins. The interviews were MBB-like.
I couldn't make it trough the next round, so that's all I know. Good luck everyone!
