Interview
The whole process was very smooth. I applied on their website and received a phone call a few hours later, asking me to interview the next day. After the interview, I learned about the result the next day.
I did not pass the second interview with the Line Manager. She started with some basic questions about my background, then moved on to some behavioral and analytical questions. She seems intelligent but impatient and I realize mid interview that I don't want to work for such a boss

Tell me a situation in which you have to convince others
Lengthy interview process, usually about 4 rounds, takes about a whole month to hear back. Be careful of certain HRs - very two faced and can shortchange you. Company now also turning bad, people are asked to go left and right and people in higher postitions may be more of bootlickers.

First round of interview was conducted via Google Meet, Interviewer seemed to be asking many technical questions regarding past roles as expected. Interviewer is in charge of HR and did not turn camera on and was a little pushy regarding start date.
