the process has 3 round:
1. hr will call u and give u the SQL test .this process is about more than one month
2.the group leader will interview u
3.the manager interview

2. the group leader face2face is go through your resume
very straight forward and very fast. also the interviewer also response very quick. no negociation on company side. but i think the salary is reasonable compare with my experience. thats all i guess

Interview
HR was friendly and pleasant throughout the interview process, and the hiring manager was very sincere. The entire process was quite fast with time between each interview round being around 3-5 days.
