Interview
First step is Math Test consist of 20 question that focuses on mostly connected with algebra but through a story. Interview through Zoom calls with 7-8 other candidates with HR. Then Interview with User with 5-6 other candidates. All the process within a day and offering comes tomorrow.

1. General HR question like who you are, why shopee, etc.
2. User asking about ourself, our activities, and why we want to join Shopee BD
The interview went really well. The user asked thoughtful and relevant questions that not only showed their deep understanding of the subject but also encouraged a detailed and meaningful review. Their curiosity and engagement helped uncover important insights, making the conversation more productive and insightful for everyone involved. Overall, it reflected excellent preparation and genuine interest.
the HR interview was short but the user interview was a bit of an abstract. they were looking for a specific skill but it was not communicated well enough. I believed the user did not read the candidate CV's before the interview. it was a bit hard to engage with the user.

What is your approach to limit the quota (automatically)?
Has a few rounds to it, firstly is the HR interview followed by the hiring manager interview round. I would say its manageable if you know the job scope so do some preparation beforehand.
