Interview
Did not get the apprenticeship in the end but went through 3 stages:
Stage 1 - Online test involving math, iq and logic. Be careful about comprehension of the question as they can get quite complex. I didn't manage to finish each of the 3 sections of the test because the questions were quite tricky
Stage 2 - One to one interview with HR. Typical getting-to-know you interview. HR interviewer also shared about the different departments.
Stage 3 - One to one interview for the Business Development and Operations roles. Basically like a case interview where they present a situation and you have to try dissect it to come to multiple solutions. Mine was about how to quickly counter and minimise fraud.
First is assessment. It was relatively hard compared to other companies' assessments. After passing, HR interview, where you will be asked about your experiences. The last is the case interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Started with GMAT, HR interview, Business Manager for a business case interview, and lastly with Business leader. It wasn't too hard, just make sure to prepare behavioral interview and for the business case (consulting-like interview). You'll get 15 mins to prepare for the bus case interview.
there was an online assessment then basic interview questions by HR (mostly about your resume and work habits) then case interview by hiring manager (depending on the program applied for)
