I applied online. I interviewed at Shopee (Singapur) in May 2021
Interview
The recruiter shortlisted me immediately the next day after putting in an application for a phone interview. Questions asked were mainly role-specific and in relation to my previous internship experiences and gave me the confidence that I could do the job.
Spent 24 hours on their marketing test (role-specific, even within marketing) which I found manageable and thought I shouldn't be too far off from their answers. Ghosted by Shopee since then - no acknowledgement of my answers, follow-up email ignored. The time and effort I had put into the test seemed to mean nothing to the HR. I was just another applicant in the queue to make up for the recruiter's numbers.
The least you could do for someone who spent 24 hours on your test was to at least acknowledge receipt of their answers. Doesn't take more than a minute to send out that email even if you have loads to do. Speaks volume of what kind of a company Shopee is.

Question 1

It was great and organized, I love the process on how they handle applicants it was positive experience overall. I do love since it was one of my dream
Company
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shopee
Interview
1: HR interview - basic interview questions, quite approachable. Mainly asking about CV and strengths, weaknesses etc.
1.5: Assignment - excel sheet
2: Hiring Manager interview/team manager - Presentation for the assignment, asked some questions about thought process, work experience
3: Director - She looked disinterested from the start, felt like she wasn't listening to my answers at all and started using and laughing at her phone halfway through. Kind of disrespectful
Never made it to the fourth round. All interviews were online. Overall they were quite efficient with the whole process with timely updates, until the very end where they all ghosted even with multiple bumps (not even a template rejection email was sent). I saw the linkedin job posting get reposted and took the hint
