Interview
The first step is a Microsoft excel test using a spreadsheet, then an online interview with HR (LGD with 5 people), the final step is user interview. HR interview in English and user with Bahasa.

LGD is about role play if we become shopee representatives to offer seller join campaign.
It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice

Intern was quite chill and asked about myself and how I would deal in a difficult situation, afterwards it was up to me to ask any questions for the company
