I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shopee (Singapur) in Jun 2021
Interview
Long interview process which took more than 2 months for an entry level role.
1st Interview - HR will email and arrange an interview via call. They will ask about your past experiences and why you want to join Shopee.
2nd Interview - Excel Test. Nothing much here, if you pass then they'll proceed with your application to the next round.
3rd Interview - Interview with Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager was friendly and in my case, she threw me a lot of situational questions.
4th Interview - Interview with another Hiring Manager. Took me 15 minutes with the Hiring Manager. Not many questions were asked.
Hiring Manager told me that HR will contact me soon. It's been a month and there's no news. Emailed HR and was told to wait a little bit longer. Decided to follow up again and concluded I was ghosted.
I'd appreciate it if the HR Team could be more transparent with their hiring process. If the position is no longer available or has already been taken up by another candidate, a simple rejection email is better than being ghosted.

Interview
HR was very responsive and friendly. Coordinated well with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth process. First step was a generic HR call/interview followed by an excel test. Got back in a week and proceeded to meeting the hiring manager, then team lead. Everyone took the effort to ensure all questions are answered and did mentioned to expect a heavy workload. Overall process took about 1month but had a pleasant experience.
