Bastante rapidos cuando avanzas bien en el proceso pero luego me ghostearon durante semanas, a pesar de que les escribí para saber como iba el proceso. Avance dos etapas y luego no recibí más respuestas. Parece que apenas te vuelves un no hire/no viable se olvidan de la experiencia al candidato.

Interview
Attended final interview twice for the same role but supporting different business pillar in the span of 3 months time. Ghosted by the same recruiter twice, no feedback or update
The interview was fairly manageable. The key is to clearly understand and communicate what value you can bring to the role. Most of the questions focused on my previous work experiences and the specific tasks I handled. As long as you’re prepared to discuss your background and highlight your contributions, the interview won’t feel too difficult.
There were 2 rounds of interviews (30-minutes screening call and 1-hour hiring manager interview), and the entire process took 2 weeks. I received an offer in the same week, so the entire process was quite smooth and quick.
