The interview will conduct in english but maybe some of the HR is using bahasa, and it depends on who interview you, but the question is not that hard but you should prepare yourself for it

Interview
Three-stage interview process. First with HR, next is a 1.5hour proficiency test (Marketing and Excel Test) done online, and the final stage is with the manager of the team. I believe I did not get the job offer as the manager did not think I will be a good fit for their team. If you really want a job with Shopee, you need to value and prioritise your work above your life, which is not for me.
