Interview
3 rounds, consisting of 1 phone interview and 2 online video calls. Overall not very difficult but they required me to speak in Chinese cause of the very strong Chinese culture there. Also the interviews were very tightly spaced, between interview 2 to 3, the offers an option of a 2 day gap so that doesn’t allow for much preparation.

Pick a feature that Shopee has and how would you improve it.
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

Interview
The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
