Someone by the name Natalie from Recruitment Team called to have a brief chat, and she just disappeared right after without giving me any sort of feedback when she supposed to come back with one. This is my second time experiencing such treatment from Shopee, does your recruitment team just ghost people if they aren't selected or good enough?? Bare in mind, I applied for a position long ago but your staff Natalie here reached out after sometime for a different position so basically head hunted me, then you don't come back with any feedback. Do you know how frustrating it is to look for a job or get rejected by one, or this, being ghosted!!! The job market is already so difficult, please be nice to candidates for god's sake!!!

All the very basic things from "tell more about myself to what's my expected salary" and mind you, she even asked me what's my bonus like in my former place, like what nonsense, as long as you know my basic in the former place is more than enough. There's no need to know about bonuses!!!
overall okay. started with HR then 1 user. but now i think it will take 2 user to get in so you better prepare. after that, hr will approach you with the final offer and you will get around 1-2 days to accept or not

interview then spreadsheet test after that interview with management at last need wait for 2-3 weeks, if you declined, keep it up therefore if you accepted good luck for you
