Shopee Marketing Assistant interview questions

Alot of non experience HR in the company. Some are just graduated from Uni. Very not professional and not responsive at all. They posted a lot of vacancies in Linkedin, ask people to DM or email if interested. But once email sent, no reply no respond nothing. And best thing is even when you requested to add them in Linkedin, they not gonna approve you or reply your DM even if they have read it. Then what's the point of asking ppl DM if you don't even want to approve the connection? Interviewed once with them, trying to follow up on the status, but HR totally MIA. at least inform candidate the current status instead of just ignoring it for more than a week, tbh until now also no reply. The interviewed was 2 weeks ago. If you noticed most of their HR team are very new, all less than 1 year experience and some even from none related background. Please respect the candidates too, you might not know what they circumstances they are facing. They probably need a job urgently or maybe they are running out of time. Please be considerate as HR .
