Shopee Product Manager Intern interview questions

I first went through a HR phone call where she asked me standard questions about my resume and extra-curricular experiences. When I described a previous project I did that was somewhat relevant to online shopping, she asked a lot of follow-up questions like what I would do to scale up the project etc. A week later she forwarded me to the next round which was a Zoom video conference with a staff on their product management team. He asked qns related to my previous projects and different scenarios such as "what would you do if feature x has poor usage statistics". I felt the interview went relatively smooth so I'm not too sure why they rejected me. Is it so difficult to land an internship at Shopee?
