Shopee Project Manager interview questions

I applied through Shopee’s careers website and was contacted for an interview for the Project Manager role. The process was fairly standard and straightforward. The interviewer asked about my background, relevant project experience, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. Overall, the experience was organized and not too stressful.

The process is pretty straight forward, from HR -> User. Mostly discuss about past experience and a little case study at the end of the interview. Offline interview & chill vibe
