Shopee Software Engineer interview questions

Been through their test, guess got it correct for majority of the question. However, was still rejected based on the test. Internal news of Shopee only hired people with connection within their organization seems to be true as referral from internal gets the position easier and faster while individuals who applied was rejected.

Very smooth interview experience with friendly HR and Interviewers - 1st round: Two coding question from glider.ai. Just need to pass the testcases, no optimization required ( I think ) - Small talk with people from HR department about your background, experience ( Don't affect the result from your previous interview ) - 2st round: Coding question, need to be optimal followed by some CS questions - 3st round: Just like the previous one - 4st round: System design question One problem is that the accent of the interviewer is very hard to understand -> Be prepared for this one.
